UEFA Champions League returns tonight with some of the biggest clubs in European football trying to vie for the ultimate prize.
This season’s Champions League will be covered by BT Sport and some of its footballers including the likes of Steven Gerrard, Rio Ferdinand, Michael Owen, Joe Hart and Owen Hargreaves, turned pundits and picked out the venues that offered the best atmosphere for a Champions League game that they played in.

Steven Gerrard and Michael Owen for obvious reasons picked out Anfield as providing the best atmosphere they have had in a Champions League game, while Rio Ferdinand and Owen Hargreaves selected Celtic Park.
