Manchester United’s summer recruit and World Cup winning midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger was quizzed about club captain Wayne Rooney’s love for poetry, but the former Bayern Munich player refused to divulge any dressing room secrets. However, Schweinsteiger did reveal that he sometimes does not understand what Rooney speaks in his ‘Scouser accent’.

The 31-year-old also talked about tonight’s opponents Wolfsburg, reminiscing his first career goal which he had scored against the Bundesliga outfit. Schweinsteiger highlighted the danger possessed by the Bundesliga outfit and warned his teammates to respect the German Cup winners.
