Argentine Erik Lamela has been in great form for Tottenham Hotspur FC this season and scored a hat-trick on Thursday in their 4-1 victory over AS Monaco, as they topped their Europa League group.

Three goals by Erik Lamela in the first half of Tottenham’s tie against Monaco took his tally in the Europa League group stages to six, while one each by Tom Carroll and Stephan El Sharaawy in the second half led to a final result of 4-1 in favour of the Spurs.

.

Lamela’s finishing has greatly improved this season and his three goals of the evening were each clinical strikes. The best, however, was the second goal where he steals the ball from in front of the defender and hits a bouncing shot into the bottom left corner. Look below for the video.
