Arsenal FC manager Arsene Wenger has assured the fans that the season will only get better following an indifferent start.

Arsenal have three points from their opening two games of the Premier League, having lost their opening day fixture to West Ham 2-0 at the Emirates. The loss was followed by an unconvincing 2-1 win over Crystal Palace that saw Arsenal winning courtesy of an own goal scored by Palace defender Damien Delaney.

.

With Arsenal preparing to host a resurgent Liverpool FC on Monday evening, a team that has won both their opening games, Arsene Wenger has tried to assure fans that the season will get better and the focus is on improving existing strengths and not buying new players as calls for a new striker grow among the Emirates faithful.

Wenger goes on to say in the video below that the initial results are not so important, following the indifferent start by the club. He also rebuffs rumours of unhappiness of midfielder Mesut Ozil.
