Tottenham Hotspur will be without midfielder Dele Alli for Sunday’s derby, but will once again be able to call upon the services of Argentina international rik Lamela .
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino has some decisions to make in midfield, with teenager Dele Alli suspended for the game against Chelsea FC. Fortunately for the Argentine, Mousa Demb l has been in superb form of late for Tottenham, and is likely to anchor the midfield alongside Eric Dier.
Academy graduate Ryan Mason is expected to start in midfield with Dier and Demb l for the North Londoners, while Argentina international rik Lamela is also expected to make a comeback after missing Spurs’ Europa League trip to Azerbaijan in midweek due to a groin problem.
Chadli, Bentaleb and Pritchard remain sidelined
Tottenham Hotspur have not lost since the opening day defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford, and will face Chelsea FC on Sunday hoping to continue their unbeaten run. Pochettino’s side will take confidence from the result of the corresponding fixture last season, when Harry Kane ran riot in a 5-3 win for Tottenham.

The other standout player for Spurs on the day was Belgian winger Nacer Chadli, who will be unavailable on Sunday due to an ankle injury. Midfielders Nabil Bentaleb and Alex Pritchard will also miss the game due to similar ankle issues, but manager Mauricio Pochettino has more than able replacements for the midfield positions.
There are no other injury worries for Spurs, and in-form striker Harry Kane will lead the line, hoping to recreate his heroics from the crushing victory over Chelsea FC on News Year’s Day.
