There has been a lot of speculation about Cristiano Ronaldo being unhappy at Real Madrid, and the Portuguese star has been linked with a move to French Ligue 1 giants PSG. However, he rubbished these rumours after the Los Blancos’ 8-0 drubbing of Malmo FF.
A lot of speculation sparked off in the media after Ronaldo seemed to have whispered something into the ears of PSG head coach Laurent Blanc. Most of these speculations led to the same conclusion — the Real star is looking for a way out of Real Madrid and PSG seems to be one of the favourites to win his signature.
However, the 30-year-old forward dismissed these claims by saying that he merely thanked Blanc, who had earlier publicly shown his appreciation of Ronaldo.
a I talk to a lot of people. When people treat me well, I treat them well. Ronaldo agrees that he has not been 100% this season
.
While the Portugal national team captain has scored 10 goals in 14 La Liga appearances and 11 in six Champions League starts, Ronaldo did concede that he has had a relatively subdued season so far and needs to improve in order to win more silverware for Real Madrid.
