Harry Kane is arguably the hottest young prospect of English football and European champions Real Madrid are keeping a close eye on the progress of the 21 year old youngster as they are planning a summer swoop of the Tottenham Hotspur striker.

Harry Kane has been the standout performer of Tottenham Hotspur this season with 12 goals and 2 assists to his name in 20 appearances. The youngster is also a highest scoring Englishman of the Barclays Premier League and he has caught the attention of Europea s elite after a string of impressive displays for the White Haart Lane club.

Real Madrid signed Javier a Chicharitoa Hernandez from Manchester United on loan on the last day of summer transfer window but the Mexican international has failed to impress coach Carlo Ancelotti so far. And it is but guaranteed that Real Madrid are not going to make the signing of Chicharito permanent in this summer.

The Los Blancos are highly dependent on Karim Benzema this season and they want to sign a striking partner for the Frenchman in coming July. Real Madrid are keeping a track of many strikers, including Harry Kane, at the moment and the scouts of Los Blancos are fully impressed with the skill set of the young Engllish striker.

The positive reports about the ability of Harry Kane have prompted the management of Real Madrid to take a next step in their pursuit of the player and they are certain to make a move in the summer window.

Real Madrid have good business relations with the management of Tottenham Hotspur as they have signed two high profile players, Gareth Bale and Luka Modric, from the North London club in the past. And these cordial relations with Tottenham Hotspur mean that Real Madrid are confident of getting their man.

Meanwhile, reports coming from England and Spain have also confirmed the interest of Real Madrid in Harry Kane.

The Evening Standard has claimed in its report that Harry Kane has been watched three times by Real Madrid this season. The European champions are following closely the progress of the Tottenham forward, who is currently the brightest young star in English football.
