Real Madrid fans paid tribute to legendary goalkeeper Iker Casillas who joins Portuguese side FC Porto after 725 games in the all-white.
Casillas will always be remembered as one of Real Madrida s greatest. The Spain captain has been a hero for his country and won everything he could possibly have in a glittering career.
In 2000, Iker, the boy from the Madrid suburb of Mostoles, became the youngest ever goalkeeper to play in a Champions League final, at 19 years and four days of age. He kept a clean sheet in that 3-0 win over Valencia.
He went on to scale incredible heights with Real, racking up five Spanish and three European league titles plus 11 other trophies with the club.
As an era ends, the Real Madrid fans paid their tribute to one of their favorite sons:

I cannot imagine a Real Madrid without Iker Casillas. It just seems a bit surreal. He was the personification of everything Real Madrid is.
