Real Madrid Eye Jurgen Klopp And Rafael Benitez To Replace Ancelotti ai??i?? Report

Either of Jurgen Klopp or Rafael Benitez are being considered by Real Madrid to replace Carlo Ancelotti after a dismal season.

Various reports in Spain suggest that Carlo Ancelotti is bound to receive the sack. According to former marca chief editor, Eduardo Inda, Real Madrid have decided that Ancelotti will not continue as the coach for the 2015-16 season. These reports come after Barcelona sealed La Liga title on Sunday which resulted in Real Madrid finishing the season without winning any silverware.

According to Spanish daily, La Sexta, Real Madrid have identified Rafael Benitez and Jurgen Klopp to replace the Italian. Rafael Benitez was in charge of the Real Madrid youth team for a long time and then successfully coached Valencia, Liverpool, Inter Milan, Chelsea and is currently in charge at Napoli. The Spaniard has won La Liga twice with Valencia and the UEFA Champions League with Liverpool. However, the former Inter manager is still awaiting a contract extension with Napoli after two rather mediocre years at the club.

Deal done?

On the other hand, Jurgen Klopp has resigned from his job at Borussia Dortmund and is seeking to coach a new club next season. The German lead Dortmund to the Champions League final in 2013 and also won two Bundesliga titles with the club. Deutschland Radio have gone on to report that Klopp has already agreed a deal with Real Madrid and will sign a three-year deal worth a 8 million/year.

Both the managers have been linked with various Premier League clubs including Manchester City and Liverpool. On the other hand, AC Milan are interested in bringing Carlo Ancelotti back to Italy.
