More Trouble For Liverpool FC? Two Reds Players Pictured Smoking Shisha Pipes

Its been a hugely troubling last three weeks for Liverpool FC as things look to be on a bit of a downward spiral for the Merseysiders.

First, it was the loss to Manchester United which has been deemed as the fixture that ended Liverpool’s top-4 hopes. Then, Raheem Sterling went public about his contract dispute and said he was flattered with Arsenal’s interest. This was followed with a 4-1 defeat at the hands of the Gunners. Things looked to be getting better with wins over Blackburn in the FA Cup and Newcastle in the league.

However, there seems to be more trouble for the Reds as pictures of Sterling emerged on Sunday, which showed him smoking a shisha pipe. A video emerged later, showing him passing out after inhaling nitrous oxide a otherwise known as a laughing gasa or a hippy cracka . The England international has been the subject of a club probe into why he was taking the legal high. More pictures of Raheem Sterling smoking shisha have now been leaked to British newspapers, and this time with Liverpool team-mate Jordon Ibe. Both these youngsters are considered the future of Liverpool and are immensely talented, as has been seen this season. The Merseyside club will definitely be worried by these recent revelations.

However, these are old pictures (at least five months old) as Sterling is seen sporting an old hairstyle.

Brendan Rodgers was asked after Liverpool’s win over Newcastle, if he will be taking action against Sterling and setting him straight. Rodgers said, a Ia ll speak to him on it. We want players who are super professional, who are focused on their football a and I know he is, I know hea s focused on his football and improving as a player. Like I said before, young players will make mistakes, and learn from them a thata s whata s important.a
