Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini refuses to believe that star midfielder Yaya Toure will leave the club this summer. Earlier, Yaya Tourea s agent Dimitri Seluk had revealed that his client is almost sure of moving out of the club after this season.
On asked about Tourea s future, Manuel Pellegrini said: “We will talk about the next season in the right moment. Everybody can say what they want about different rumours.
“Yaya has a contract here at the moment. So at the moment we are about the best way to finish the season – and then we’ll see what happens.
“I’m not disappointed because everyone can talk about what they think is better for him, but we are all focused on our team – players and managers.
“What the agent says is not my problem.”
Yaya Toure who will turn 32 this year is speculated to leave the Manchester club at the end of this season. There are a several top European club who are interested in roping in the Cote da Ivoire international, the front runners being Italya s Inter Milan.
Yaya Toure has been an integral part of Manchester City and won two Premier League titles with the club. He had a relatively dismal season compared to his standards and was criticized vehemently for his poor performance. Manchester City did not win a single silverware this season and also failed to defend their Premier League title.
