Louis Van Gaal is planning to offer Real Madrid massive amount of money to bring both the stars back to the Premier League.

After a disappointing season that ended without silverware for Real Madrid, the media is full of rumours of unhappy players and a departing manager. Apart from Casillas, Khedira and Coentrao, various other players are being linked with a move away from the Spanish giants. Among these are the worlda s two most expensive signings, Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Gareth Bale signed for Real Madrid in 2013 for a reported fee of A?85 million. He then went on to help Real Madrid win the Copa Del Rey and the Champions League in his first season itself. However, the second season proved to be a hard one for the Welshman as his below-par performances incurred the wrath of the fans as well as the critics. His performances this season have led to many believing that the forward is on the verge of exit and Manchester United are believed to be the favourites to acquire his signature.

On the other hand, stories of Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo being unhappy with the cluba s progress are doing the rounds. It is believed that the Portuguese star is ready to leave the club and it will not be wrong to believe that a return to his old club will be what he prefers. The Balon da Or winner has been linked with a return to the Old Trafford quite a few times previously and this time is no different.

According to the Metro, Manchester United will have to cough up A?85.8 million for Gareth Bale and A?71.5 million for Ronaldo.

It is true that Real Madrida s season did not go as planned and Bale has largely been blamed for their poor showing this term. But the cluba s president Florentino Perez has time and again insisted that he does not intend to sell the forward. At 25-years of age, Bale still has a long way to go and it seems highly unlikely that Real Madrid will sell him just two seasons after making him the costliest player in the world.

On the other hand, Ronaldo has arguably been the best player for The Whites this term. The Portuguese is the top scorer in La Liga and has shown little signs of a dip in form. Real Madrid will be determined not to let the 30-year old leave so easily.
