Manchester United Complete Matteo Darmian Signing According To Torino Coach

Torino coach Giampiero Ventura in an interview with Sky Sport Italia confirmed that full back Matteo Darmian has signed for Manchester United for a reported fee of about A?12.9 million.

Matteo Darmian had been heavily linked with the English giants in recent weeks, with all top English newspapers having reported last night that a deal worth A?12.9 million was imminent and only a few minor details needed to be ironed out.

Darmian, a product of the AC Milan youth setup, signed for Torino in 2010, after having spent 9 years with the Rossoneri. The full-back will become Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal’s second signing of this transfer window, after having already splashed the cash on PSV winger Memphis Depay, last month.
