As the Premier League Gameweek three draws to a close, we look at five under 21 players that are set to leave their mark on the new campaign.
1 a Jordan Ibe (Liverpool FC)
Liverpool FC manager Brendan Rodgers seems to have implemented the policy of a if you are good enough, you are old enougha at Anfield. Jordan Ibe is one man in a long list of young players to make their debut for the Anfield outfit in recent times.
Ibe is touted to be the replacement for Raheem Sterling at the club and has earned rave reviews from manager Brendan Rodgers and fans alike.
The youngster was slated to feature heavily for Liverpool FC by manager Brendan Rodgers this season, and he has kept his word by starting the youngster in the opening two games of the Premier League.
While Ibe did not exactly set the world alight in those games, he still was one of the few bright spots for the Reds in what has been a disappointing 2014-15 season.
He signed for the club from Wycombe Wanderers in 2012 for Liverpool FC and has commendably made rapid progress since then.
The 19-year-old winger had, earlier in the summer, cancelled his holiday and asked the cluba s Academy director Alex Inglethorpe to help arrange some extra sessions to work on his finishing, with none other than Kenny Dalglish coaching him.
If he continues to display the attitude on and off the field as he is doing currently, Ibe can be expected to fulfill the massive potential that is evident every time the winger touches the ball for Liverpool FC and might have a big impact on the fortunes of Merseyside outfit.
2 a Joe Gomez (Liverpool FC)
Joe Gomez signed for Liverpool FC in the summer and has played in both opening games for the Reds, putting in solid performances to ensure that the they keep a clean sheet in both the games.
Gomez is a defender for England U19, who can play across the back three. He made 21 appearances for Charlton in the Championship in the 2014/15 season.
He was part of the England side that won the European U17 Championships last summer, and was named in the team of the tournament in the process. His performances earned him comparisons with former England star Rio Ferdinand, whom Gomez reportedly idolizes.
He has progressed quickly at Charlton, playing for the U18 side at the age of 13, being given his senior debut by former boss Bob Peeters in a Capital One Cup tie against Colchester United last August.
Gomez has been so solid in the pre-season that manager Brendan Rodgers has loaned out much more experienced Andre Wisdom and has benched Spain international Alberto Moreno, picking the young player instead.
One can expect the teenager to play a key role for the Anfield outfit for years to come, beginning from this season, if he continues to play the way he has played in the pre-season and the opening two games for the Reds.
3 – Ruben Loftus-Cheek (Chelsea FC)
The Chelsea FC central midfielder was handpicked by Jose Mourinho as one of the players to join the championa s squad towards the later stages of their title winning campaign.

Mourinho has gone on the record to state that he expects him to play a much bigger role in the Chelsea squad this season.
The powerful midfielder was, however, involved in controversy in the pre-season when his attitude was questioned by Mourinho.
While it is unlikely that Loftus-Cheek will play regularly in the Premier League, should Chelsea have to suffer injury to any of their central midfield players, Loftus – Cheek might very well get a chance to fill in for them, especially if Ramires continues to flatter to deceive in the central midfield role as he has been doing off late.
4 – Hector Bellerin (Arsenal FC)
To be faster than Theo Walcott, is not an easy job. Arsenal FC right-back Bellerin is a future Spanish international and is one of many former FC Barcelona academy players to come to the Premier League for a professional deal.
Bellerin made his debut for Arsenal FC last season following injuries to Mattieu Debuchy and Calum Chambers.
Once in the starting XI, Bellerin didna t look back, making 28 appearances in total, for the Gunners. He starred in the 4-0 FA Cup final win over Aston Villa, despite both Chambers and Debuchy being fit to play.
Bellerin scored a crucial opening goal against Liverpool FC at Emirates last season, and the player is expected to play a crucial role for the Gunners, once again this season.
5 – Brendan Galloway (Everton)
Brendan Galloway started for Everton in their final two matches of the 2014/15 season. He impressed for the toffees in those two games, putting in solid and composed performances.
The former MK Dons man’s performance in those two games suggested that it won’t be surprising to see him being given a permanent role in the first team. Manager Roberto Martinez is very excited about the England U18 man and started him at left-back in his two senior appearances. despite the player having played most of his youth football as a left-sided center-back.
Galloway can be expected to play at left full-back for Everton, given that Martinez took a similar approach with John Stones while introducing him to the first team. With experienced center-backs Antolin Alcaraz and Sylvain Distin having departed from Goodison Park over the summer, and heavy rumours of a possible move to Chelsea FC for John Stones, this tall and composed 19-year-old could be given the opportunity to prove his worth in central defence.
