It will be a great buy for Manuel Pellegrinia s side as the Chilean manager can use him in several positions in the midfield. Also, reportedly City league rivals Manchester United and Arsenal are also interested in the Brazilian midfielder.
Pablo Dybala (Palermo FC)
According to reports in Italy, Palermo FC are all set to release their star striker Pablo Dybala after this season. Reportedly, Manchester City are interested in signing the Argentine youngster from the Italian club in the next transfer window.
