FC Barcelona: The Most Dangerous Thing Is To Think That Job Is Done, Says Luis Suarez

Going into the second round fixture at Camp Nou, FC Barcelona carry a huge 3-1 advantage over PSG and the Catalans are runaway favorites to reach the semi finals of UEFA Champions League after a gap of one year. But, Luis Suarez, who scored two highly important goals at Parc des Princes, has warned his teammates to not to take anything for granted.

Luis Suarez made David Luis look like an amateur player last week as he scored two brilliant goals in the first leg against PSG last week. Thanks to the two goals of Luis Suarez, FC Barcelona now look in a comfortable position ahead of a tonighta s game.

But the Uruguayan striker has asked his teammates to not to take anything for granted against a dangerous side like PSG.

“The most dangerous thing is to think that our job is done,” said Luis Suarez.

“We know the result is in our favour, but PSG have a lot of good players and we have to face the game at Camp Nou with the same intensity as last week.”

Luis Suarez has also warned his defenders to take care of PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

“Everyone knows about Ibrahimovic. He’s always been among the best five or six forwards in the world. We have to watch out for him.”

Meanwhile, ahead of a tonighta s clash, FC Barcelona coach Luis Enrique has launched a scathing attack on PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, claiming that Luis Suarez succeeded where Ibra failed.

“I don’t know why Luis Suarez has fitted in at FC Barcelona better than Ibrahimovic,” the FC Barcelona coach stated. “His goals took a while to arrive but I can only praise his performance and his work ethic.

“Although you sign a top player, you never know how he will adapt to the team or the city. Those handicaps can go against you but in the case of Luis Suarez he has adapted very quickly. Some players take a while to adapt and others do it fast.”
