Larsson became an invaluable player in the Frank Rijkaard’s European Cup winning squad, besides also winning two La Liga titles in his two seasons at Camp Nou.

.
As for the other candidates, Negredo has not been in the best of form, having scored just once in seven games for Valencia across all competition.
Jonathan Soriano and Sergio Garcia, both, have been former Barca B players and the former has been in super form for the Austrian side, scoring goals for fun.
Sergio Garcia does represents the riskiest of all three options, playing in a league in which it is difficult to asses his level of performances.
