Stephan El Shaarawy has faced abrupt dip netting only thrice throughout the course of the season after being billed to achieve great heights with AC Milan following his move from Genoa four years ago. The Italian striker has set his sights on a Premier League move this summer, according to his agent brother.

Injuries have been a concern for the 22-year-old as a fractured foot thwarted his chances limiting his appearances to seventeen this season, but, at such a tender age, he is still touted to shine as Arsenal and Liverpool are known to be keeping tabs on him.

While speaking to Sky Sport Italia, Manuel El Shaarawy stated that his brother might fancy a move to England while also admitting his interest in the progress of the Rossoneri, who have finished thirty seven points behind champions Juventus.

a Would Stephan like to go abroad? I never disguised that Ia d like to see him play overseas, for example in the Premier League, but he cares about Milan.a

However, he denied completely ruling out the possibility of extending his stay at San Siro stating that his decision may be revised in the event of the seven time European winners showing progress in terms of appointment of manager and signings.

a This is the club where he exploded on to the scene. Wea ll discuss it with the club, also considering who will be the Coach and the future of the side.

a My brother has been at Milan for four years and grown so much both physically and technically. In the light of his recent injury, a change of air could do him good. It could be an option.a

With Lukas Podolski, Joel Campbell and the likes leaving on loan or permanent transfers, Arsene Wenger needs someone to feature on the left side of the pitch. At A?8million, Stephan El Shaarawy is someone, whom the French manager cannot simply turn down.

After a dismal season, Brendan Rodgers may want to boost his striking options as Anfield do not possess a source for goals with Mario Balotelli and Rickie Lambert struggling, let alone Fabio Borini. Even though the Milan marksman does not come any close to Luis Suarez, who is yet to be replaced, he could prove to be a decent stopgap option at the very least.
