Wenger was ecstatic with Arsenala s a strong and uniteda response following their midweek debacle to Olympiakos, that severly dented Arsenala s chance to progress to the Round of 16 in the UEFA Champions League. Wenger was pleased with the improved performance from Arsenal but felt the need to point out Theo Walcott.

What you want is a strong response when you have a big disappointment. We have to put it all in perspective and focus on what is important a ita s us and not too much on what was said.a
Wenger was quite candid about the pressure on a football manager and admitted that wining a big game would fuel their ambitions. Arsenal, despite being impressive in their title challenge in the past few years, have fizzled out during the later stages of the campaigns.
