AC Milan are ready to offer Stephan El Shaarawy to AS Roma to get Mattia Destro.
Mattia Destro has become a peripheral figure at AS Roma under Rudi Garcia this season as the French coach has preferred to use the combination of Fransesco Totti and Gervino upfront.

Mattia Destro has performed better in comparison to El Shaarawy this season as he has managed to score 4 goals in 13 appearances for Roma.
Meanwhile, reports coming from Italy have also confirmed the desire of AC Milan to offer El Shaarawy to Roma in exchange for Mattia Destro.
