Wolfsburg attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne is set to reject both Manchester United and Manchester City if the words of his agent Patrick De Koster are to be believed.
De Bruyne has been at the heart of everything that Wolfsburg have achieved this season as his nine goals and record 18 assists so far this season have propelled Wolfsburg into second place, 10 points behind league leaders Bayern Munich. His development has raised a lot of eyebrows with both the Manchester clubs being interested as they are on the lookout for a young attacking midfielder.
