Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing forward Seydou Doumbia and defender Fabian Delph from CSKA Moscow and Aston Villa respectively.
Recent reports indicate that Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing striker Seydou Doumbia from CSKA Moscow in the January transfer window.
However, the strikerai??i??s buy-out clause worth A?25 million can be the barrier for Spurs to see the deal through. Doumbiaai??i??s wage demands might not concern Tottenham as the forward earns around A?54,000-a-week, which is well within Tottenhamai??i??s range. Spurs may be reluctant in spending A?25 million on the 26-year old and will try to convince CSKA Moscow to lower their asking price.
Doumbia has been in great goal-scoring form since moving to the club in 2010 and has a contract that runs till the end of the summer of 2016. Doumbia is currently discussing a new deal with CSKA Moscow, who are no longer involved in European competitions.
Pochettino might be looking to sign Doumbia to bolster his attack considered Soldadoai??i??s poor form since joining the club in 2013. On the other hand, Adebayor may be moving towards the exit door as French club Monaco are said to be interested in signing the Ghana international.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are readying an offer for Fabian Delph which will see Moussa Dembele join Aston Villa in a swap deal.

Paul Lambert may have to let go off the defender in January for whatever he can get. The 24-year old is sure to attract a lot of interest in January as he will be available for a reasonable fee.
