Liverpool FC are enduring a turbulent season so far, and suffered the agony of getting knocked out of the Champions League in the group stages earlier this week. The Reds had worked incredibly hard last season to get back to the elite competition after a gap of five long years.
With results being sub-par, there are several rumors surrounding manager Brendan Rodgers’ future at the club. Many have claimed that FSG are looking at replacements for the Northern Irishman and more believe Rodgers days at the club are numbered.
However, former Liverpool striker Luis Suarez believes that Brendan Rodgers is the right man to lead the club back to Champions League next season.

Suarez transferred to Barcelona in the summer and broke many hearts of the fans. However, the 27 year old remains a fan favorite with the clubs’ supporter and many have gone on to claim that it was he, and he solely, responsible for last season’s success. While these claims are ridiculous to say the least, Suarez did play a major part in the club’s success. Not having him, and Daniel Sturridge, is an important reason to Liverpool’s struggles this season. The Reds currently don’t have enough goals in them to win matches.
