English newspaper Daily Star has reported today that Moreno, 21, is seen as an alternative target for the Premier predators to Southamptonai??i??s England starlet Luke Shaw. United and Chelsea are leading the chase for Shaw, while City, Liverpool and Arsenal are also eyeing left backs.
