Manchester City’s boss Manuel Pellegrini has dished out an array of excuses for his team’s 2-2 draw against lowly Burnley City. Manchester City had a two goal advantage at half time, but Burnley City impressively fought back and drew the game 2-2. Pellegrini, was furious at the touch line and would rue his team’s opportunity to get one point behind league leaders Chelsea, who were also held to a draw by Southampton. Pellegrini, lamented City’s loss to an offside goal, which was Burnley’s first, pitch conditions and fatigue.
