After weeks of speculation, Chelsea FC have confirmed that they have signed Cesc Fabregas on a five year deal.
The rumours first broke out when Piqueai??i??s conversation with manager Del Bosque was leaked to the media earlier in the month. Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho also confirmed his interest in the midfielder and Chelsea have now officially announced the midfielderai??i??s arrival.
The official website announced that Fabgregas had been signed on a 5 year deal and would don the No 4 jersey in the upcoming season.

The Spaniard apparently had plenty of offers to choose from with rumours suggesting that both the clubs from Manchester were keen to sign the player this summer.
