Manchester City’s Edin Dzeko has been sidelined for three weeks following a Calf Injury.Ai??Bosnia-Herzegovina national sideai??i??s team doctor, Reuf Karabeg, confirmed the news and spoke to the team’s official website, saying “”It’s a very serious injury and requires the kind of treatment whose time-frame unfortunately rules out a quick return.”
The Bosnian International was forced from play just after four minutes of replacing holding midfielder Fernandinho, in Manchester City’s 2-2 draw against Queen Park Rangers.
Reports suggest that Dzeko has already been ruled out of Bosnia’s 2016 Qualifier against Israel, and miss crucial ties for Manchester City which involve Swansea, Southampton and the penultimate Champions League tie against Bayern Munich.

The defense has been in shambles as new boy Elaquim Mangala has been exposed time and time again. With Vincent Kompany out, Manchester City might be in for a drubbing even against Southampton, who have impressed so far with their brand of attacking football.
