The agent of midfielder Suso says Liverpool FC are keen on handing the Spaniard a new contract.
Suso has been linked with a move away from Anfield as his contract expires next summer. Liverpool have not used the youngster much after his return from a season long loan at Almeria last year. At present, the player is out with a groin injury but it was reported that he would not extend his contract if the Reds don’t guarantee him game-time.
Italian side AC Milan have shown interest in the 20 year old and because of his contract expiring next summer, they would be able to land the Spaniard for a meagre amount. According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio‘s website, it was only a matter of time till the deal was announced.

Instead, the Cadiz born player can be incorporated in a deeper role and acts like an efficient deep lying playmaker role. His creativity and vision can help a side out in the middle third. Liverpool’s midfield has looked extraordinarily ordinary this season and Suso can be used to rectify it, once he returns from injury. Rodgers should definitely utilize the player’s services as he has shown his potential on numerous occasions.
