Liverpool FC have announced that Andre Wisdom will join West Bromwich Albion on loan, while Suso is determined to establish himself in the first team.
Andre Wisdom played in the Championship last season, on loan at Derby County. The 21-year-old defender produced some consistent performances at right back and helped Derby reach the play-off finals, which they eventually lost to QPR.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has now confirmed that the youngster will join West Bromwich Albion on loan as he continues his development as a footballer.
“After today, Andre is going to go on loan to West Brom. He had a very successful period at Derby last year, he did very well under Steve McClaren.
“He now has the opportunity to go to another very good coach in Alan Irvine, who I know from my youth days. He is an excellent coach and West Brom are an excellent club.
“West Brom have been a rising club for the last few years in the Premier League. He’ll go there and it will be another chance for his education and development to continue.
“He’ll join up with them sooner rather than later and spend the season there on loan. That will be another step for him in his development, playing regularly in the Premier League.” ai??i?? The Liverpool manager said.
Meanwhile, Suso has expressed his desire to establish himself in the first team next season after returning from his loan spell at Almeria. The 20-year-old produced some good performances for the Spanish side as they escaped relegation.
“I really want to be here and play for Liverpool and I’m trying to do my best every day in training and show the manager what I’m capable of.
“I learned a lot during my loan spell and I was playing regular football. I’m not really a young player anymore so I’ve got more responsibilities now and I will work as hard as I can to try and get a chance.” ai??i?? The Spanish U-21 international said.
