Chelsea FC manager Jose Mourinho has responded to Manuel Pellegriniai??i??s remarks about their expenditure by stating that they worked within FFP.
League leaders Chelsea travel to the Hawthorns to face relegation strugglers West Bromwich Albion as they look to maintain their advantage at the top. It was a wonderful gameweek for the London club last time around as they cruised to an easy win over Newcastle United at home, courtesy of an hat-trick by Eden Hazard, while both Arsenal and Manchester dropped points on the road. The top three are now separated by only two points and it looks unlikely that the title will be decided by before the final day of the season.
West Bromwich Albion are struggling at the wrong end of the table and are one point behind Sunderland at 17th. The Baggies have won just one game in all competitions since their 2-0 win over Crystal Palace back in November last year. Pepe Melai??i??s arrival at the helm have seen them produce two impressive draws at the Hawthorns against Everton and Liverpool, but their struggle on the road has continued as they conceded seven goals against Aston Villa and Crystal Palace.
Jose Mourinho believes West Brom will provide a tough test at home for Chelsea and stressed on the competitiveness of this league where a win is not guaranteed against any team.

Mourinho also responded to Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegriniai??i??s comments about Chelsea spending a lot. The Portuguese manager stated that the club has made profit in this transfer window with the departure of Mata to Manchester United and that they are looking to work under FFP.
