Chelsea FC – Mourinho Feels It Is Impossible To Stop Arsenal Playmaker Ozil For Ninety Minutes

Chelsea FC manager Jose Mourinho feels it is hard to contain Ozil and believes Arsenal FC have the right squad to challenge for the title this season.

Chelsea will travel to face Arsenal at the Emirates and Jose Mourinho will once again go head-to-head with his old foe Arsene Wenger. The Gunners have made a wonderful start to their domestic campaign, but have failed to win their last three matches in all competitions, including defeats against Napoli and Manchester City. They will look to bounce back from those results with a win, as any other result would see them lose their top stop in the points table. Defeats against Manchester United and Manchester City have raised certain questions about their performances in big games, but Jose Mourinho feels that Arsenal have the right squad to challenge for the title this season. Mourinho will also be up against one of his former players ai??i?? Mesut Ozil ai??i?? and he was full of praise for the German international ahead of this fixture. The Portuguese manager insisted that his arrival has made a massive difference to this Arsenal team and it will be hard to contain him for the whole ninety minutes.

‘He’s a phenomenal player, he’s one of these players that you buy and you complete the puzzle of your team. You don’t need time, you need nothing, he arrives and you have an empty space waiting for him, his quality, maturity and leadership. You know that automatically your team becomes better.

‘There are players that you buy that you realise you need to work with, adapt or find the best solution to get the best out of them, but Ozil needs nothing. He arrived, Arsene gave him the shirt, immediately he starts playing and immediately the team becomes better.

‘I think I know how to try to stop him being direct influenceAi??in the game for 90 minutes, but it’s impossible to stop him for 90 minutes because these kind of players always have a moment, or a couple of moments where you cannot stop them and they end up showing why they are so good.’ ai??i?? He also stressed on how players like Walcott and Ramsey have matured and that Arsene Wengerai??i??s side have been the team to beat so far this season.

‘In my previousAi??time here Walcott was a kid, he’s now a man, these other guys are in the best moments of their careers; Wilshere, Ramsey, Gibbs, they are the perfect age.

‘I’m not saying Mesut transformed the team completely. The manager and club gave these players conditions to have stability for their evolution and now when you buy Giroud, Ozil and others, of course the team becomes much better and ready to be doing what they’re doing, which is fighting for the title.
