144. Prayag United Finalize MP Zakeer Deal
Talented creative midfielder of Kerala origin, MP Zakeer, is close to sign for Prayag United – reports a Indian football website. Zakeer is currently playing for Goan Red Machine – Churchill Brothers, but due to the presence of Brazilian Maestro Beto, he is not getting enough opportunities to play as a creator in the middle of the park, which might have tempted him in considering about the prospect of a transfer move.

141. East Bengal Set To Retain Most of their squad.
East Bengal have once again chosen the path of stability by retaining maximum players from their current squad. Other than Nirmal Chhetri, Tolgay and Ravinder Singh, the Red & Golds may keep rest of their players. They are further bolstering the squad by signing Kevin Lobo, Yashpal Parmar, Priyant Singh, Jaspreet Singh, Manandeep Singh and Arnab Mandal. Meanwhile, they have also started the process of looking for a replacement of Tolgay Ozbey. shortlist of 20 names have been prepared but Ghanian striker Baffour is currently the favourite choice. Ex East Bengal players Jackson and Suley Musah are reportedly in touch with Baffour. East Bengal can also sign Edeh Chidi should the striker cut back on his demand of Rs 1.25 crores.
