What a final day it promises to be. An incredible amount of drama is expected as five teams go all out to avoid the dreaded drop to the Championship. The relegation battle this season has been the most unpredictable in recent seasons; with teams grinding out a series of wins to jump back up from the dead.

The final day of the season sees Blackpool travel to Old Trafford in an attempt to record the most unlikely escape ever, while Wigan travel to face an unrelenting Stoke City. Birmingham visit White Hart Lane to do themselves and Liverpool a favour. And finally, Molineux will witness Wolves and Blackburn lock horns in a winner-takes-all battle.

While Tottenham face Birmingham at home, Liverpool travel to Aston Villa hoping to pip Spurs for Europa League place. Man City and Arsenal face tough away trips to Bolton and Fulham, respectively, in their fight for third place and an automatic Champions League qualification.
