Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored an incredible scissor-kick goal on his Manchester United debut in a 5-2 thumping of Galatasaray on Saturday.
There was ecstasy among the Old Trafford faithful when manager Jose Mourinho signed Swedish superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The striker has been the biggest signing for the club this summer and expectations were high ahead of his debut against Galatasaray.
It took the 35-year-old only four minutes to register his first goal for his new club. There was nothing ordinary about the strike as he leaped and scored from a scissor-kick, leaving keeper Fernando Muslera with no chance to get his hands on the ball.
Ibrahimovic’s goal sent Manchester United fans on Twitter into delirium:
Talk about an instant impact! #ZlatanTime
