Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham offered Mathys Tel

Arsenal offer €47 million to sign Chelsea target Riccardo Calafiori, told to pay more.

Mathys Tel has been offered to a host of Premier League sides, as the striker is open to leaving Bayern Munich this month.

According to TBR, Mathys Tel is becoming a big subject in the transfer market, as the attacker was offered to a number of Premier League sides. Intermediaries have offered the attacker to Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham all have a chance, with the Frenchman keen to depart Bayern this month.

Mathys Tel has been one of the big subjects in the transfer market over the last few days after it became clear the Frenchman is keen on a departure from Bayern Munich. Vincent Kompany has preferred to use some of the experienced players in his squad on the left wing, thus sidelining Tel to a secondary role.

As Tel looks to quit Bayern Munich, even on a temporary basis, he does have plenty of attention in the market. Chelsea were keen on the attacker, although the 19-year-old is not overly keen to join the Blues owing to the intense level of competition for places in his attacking position.

Tel reportedly would prefer a move to Arsenal, given the lack of attackers in Mikel Arteta’s side. Hence, a move to north London would be useful, although there are other suitors, as intermediaries have offered the 19-year-old Bundesliga attacker to the Gunners, Manchester United and Tottenham.

Spurs are looking for a new attacker before the window closes, although there might be doubts whether Tel might be pushing to join them. Tottenham are currently struggling on all fronts, and the pressure around the club could be a deal breaker for the Bayern star in their attempts to lure him.

Manchester United keen on Mathys Tel

As per David Ornstein, Manchester United would be willing to explore a move for Tel, particularly if Bayern Munich made him available on loan. That might be the case, as the Bavarians are not eager to sell him right now, as that might be a decision for the future.

However, there’s nothing decided in the race, as Tel could be a bigger story in the latter stages of the transfer window. While Spurs may feel like the underdogs in the chase, they might still have a chance, particularly if Arsenal and Manchester United back away.
