West Ham United want to reinforce their attack before the start of next season on a priority basis. They want to bring in a new number nine, and Niclas Fullkrug is one of their targets. They have been in talks with Dortmund as they look to discuss the conditions of a deal. With two years still left on his deal, the German club do have the upper hand.
