As far as the ongoing season is concerned, the 21-year-old has featured in a total of 43 matches and has two goal contributions. The Ecuador international has turned out to be a very reliable player for the German club. And despite being just 21, he is a leader on the pitch.
Hincapie is great on the ball as well as off it, he is exceptional in the air and in short, he is a complete package when it comes to defending. On top of that, the 21-year-old centre-back is a versatile player who can feature as a full-back as well as a wing-back.
His performances have attracted a lot of attention, with West Ham one of the club keen on having him in their ranks. The Hammers have had a disappointing season and had to struggle to avoid relegation.
