The young Spaniard had a very good outing against PSG in what was only his second UEFA Champions League start of the season. The 22-year-old would have been disappointed to not get a goal or an assist, but he will certainly be looking to build on that performance on Saturday and continue making his case for Zidane to make him the first-choice left-winger at the club.

Prediction

SD Eibar 1-2 Real Madrid

We predict a tense, hard fought victory for Real Madrid against Jose Luis Mendilibar’s men. While Real are coming off a fantastic victory against PSG in the Champions League, Eibar are no pushovers and Zidane’s men will do well to not let overconfidence creep in.

Eibar have lost only 4 matches at home in the La Liga and they can take confidence from the fact that Real Madrid have dropped points to weaker teams on numerous occasions this season. Nothing less than Zidane’s strongest starting XI will do if they are to beat Los Armeros on home turf.
