A brace from Harry Kane ensured all three points for Tottenham against Dortmund in an all-important Group H encounter in the UEFA Champions League.

Tottenham managed to finally alleviate the Wembley curse as they recorded a 3-1 win over Dortmund in their opening Group H encounter in the UEFA Champions League.

The result is of huge importance for Spurs, who are pitted alongside, Dortmund, Real Madrid and APOEL Nicosia in the group.

Fans were very happy with the Wembley curse finally being lifted.

Harry Kane was the toast of Twitter on the night as he seemed to have put behind his August drought as well. The Spurs forward scored a brace to follow up from his display against Everton and was rightly showered with appreciation on the social media platform.
