A very casual penalty late on from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was the difference between an Arsenal win and a draw against Tottenham.

Arsenal took the lead early on as Aaron Ramsey slotted the ball past Hugo Lloris and into the Tottenham net after receiving a decent pass from Alexandre Lacazette. Spurs had their fair share of chances but were foiled by a brilliant Bernd Leno until the 74th minute, when Tottenham received a penalty.

Harry Kane slotted in the penalty calmly to restore parity between the two teams. The game got heated on the pitch and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang stood up to take the Arsenal penalty that was awarded late late into the game. In what was possibly the best chance for a winner, Aubameyang’s tame effort was saved by Hugo Lloris and the game ended in a draw, with Lucas Torreira receiving his marching orders.

Aubameyang was the pantomime villain for his tame effort from the spot.

Aaron Ramsey received some love for his goal and reaction.
