Marouane Fellaini and Sergio Romero were the shining stars on the night as Manchester United advanced to the Quarter Finals of the UEFA Europa League.

Manchester United advanced to the Quarter Finals of the UEFA Europa League as outright aggregate winners, with a 2-1 aggregate result against FC Rostov.

Juan Mata scored on the night but it was the Marouane Fellaini and Sergio Romero show. Fellaini came on for Paul Pogba, after the Frenchman had to come off for an injury scare and the Belgian commanded the position with aplomb, pulling out some tricks, much to the joy of the home crowd.

Fellaini was hailed on Twitter for the same.

But, it was Sergio Romero, who saved Manchester United on the night, with multiple clutch saves, which ensured the Red Devils’s qualification into the next phase of the UEFA Europa League.
