Manchester United succumbed to their fourth straight draw at Old Trafford, as their game against West Ham ended 1-1.

The Hammers scored just 90 seconds after kick-off. English winger Jesse Lingard gave away a soft free kick to West Ham, and Dimitri Payet angled in an excellent assist for Diafra Sakho to finish off.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic equalized twenty minutes later, but the evening went downhill from there for the Red Devils. Manager Jose Mourinho was sent off after reacting furiously to the referee’s decision to brandish a yellow card to Paul Pogba.

After the game, Lingard was singled out as the whopping boy by Manchester United fans. In addition to his costly mistake, fans were furious that he played instead of Henrikh Mkhitaryan and stayed on the pitch longer than Juan Mata.
