Juan Mata came close to handing Manchester United a win on Saturday, only for his brace to be cancelled out by two loose goals by Leicester City.

Jose Mourinho must be fuming. The Red Devils fell behind early on as Leicester City opened the scoring in true Foxes fashion, with a scintillating counter attack – one which could have been dealt with better by the United defence.

Juan Mata though, handed United the lead with a brace and it looked like smooth sailing for Manchester United, who missed a quartet of easy chances. The profligacy came back to haunt them later on as Leicester City snatched a stoppage-time goal to earn a draw.

Fingers were pointed towards the United defence and mentality, with the club conceding Fergie time goals in consecutive matches now.

Juan Mata though, tried his best to bring some cheer to United fans, with a brace, only for his effort to be foiled later on.
