Harry Kane fired in a late winner to ensure a 1-0 win for England over Slovenia to confirm their place in the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
England put in a very underwhelming performance at Wembley on Thursday. Things looked to be headed towards a stalemate. But, Harry Kane had other plans in store as he notched up a late winner to catapult his side to a victory over Slovenia.
The win confirmed England’s entry into the 2018 FIFA World Cup and fans could not stop singing Kane’s praise on Twitter.

question to consider here, at what point does Kane outgrow England and need to move to fulfill his ambitions?

Marcus Rashford was the only bright spark on the day and while Harry Kane notched the late winner, it was the Manchester United man who was on the receiving end of appreciation.

Rashford and Kane aside, England’s best attacking threat plays for the Ivory Coast.

I can’t handle this biased commentary! England don’t deserve Rashford

We get Kane rammed down our throats at every opportunity, as being world class. The only class player I see out there is Rashford.

Marcus Rashford was the one bright spark in an otherwise dreary first half. *desperately searching for a positive.

I’m sorry but this is just mind-numbing. If it wasn’t for Rashford + an inability to reach the remote I’d have flicked this off 40 mins ago

Just give the ball to Rashford, only flair #England have.#ENGvSLO
