Thorgan Hazard produced a superb performance against Barcelona in their Champions League group stage tie last night, and it was good enough for the Chelsea fans to want him back, and the others to take a dig at his older brother Eden.

The former Chelsea youth player probably played one of the best halves of his career against Barcelona in last night’s Champions League group stage tie. The Belgian was superb throughout the first 45 minutes, like most of his teammates, catching Barcelona off guard with their counter-attacking style of play.

Even though they would go on to lose the match, they produced a great footballing display in the first 45 minutes and 23-year-old Thorgan, who is the younger brother of Eden Hazard, was the star. Chelsea fans and neutrals alike had a lot to say about the younger Hazard’s great run of form as compared to his much more famous and decorated older brother.
