Roberto Firmino shined at Turf Moor for Liverpool as the Reds maintained their perfect record with a 3-0 win over Burnley on Saturday.

Liverpool had a tricky test waiting for them at Turf Moor on Saturday. The Reds got the lead after the half-hour mark, thanks to an own goal from Chris Wood. Sadio Mane doubled the lead minutes later. But, it was the Roberto Firmino show, with the Brazilian just unplayable for large durations of the game.

Firmino capped off his performance with a goal for himself as Liverpool ran out 3-0 winners.

Roberto Firmino was the toast of Liverpool fans, who hailed the Brazilian’s impact on the club’s fortunes.

But, there was controversy in the game for Liverpool, with Sadio Mane clearly miffed at Mohamed Salah for not passing to him when he was clearly open and instead, looking to go for the goal himself.
