Summer signing Daniel James will make his first competitive start for Manchester United, when they face off against Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Molineux.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has handed new signing Daniel James his full Premier League debut in their Monday night encounter against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
James joined Manchester United from Swansea City this past summer and has made a solid impression in his short time at the club. Coming on as a substitute against Chelsea in the Red Devils’ season opener, the Welsh winger bagged his first goal for the club and has been duly rewarded with a start by the manager.

Making way for James in the starting lineup is Brazilian midfielder Andreas Pereira, who had a sub-par outing last time out, despite getting an assist. That is the only change made by manager Solskjaer for the trip to Molineux, as he has decided to stick with the personnel that got United’s season off to a blistering start.
That means, goalkeeper David de Gea captains the side again and will be shielded by the backline comprising of Victor Lindelof and star signing Harry Maguire, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw as the full-backs. Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay occupy the two pivot positions in the middle of the park.
With James on the right flank, Jesse Lingard moves into the No.10 slot for United, while Marcus Rashford continues on the left wing with Anthony Martial leading the line against Wolves.
Manchester United Starting XI: De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw; McTominay, Pogba; James, Lingard, Rashford; Martial
