Jurgen Klopp has chosen to just shuffle his midfield in what is a relatively unchanged Liverpool eleven from their win over Tottenham as they face Southampton.
Alisson is in goal for Liverpool, as has been the case for the entirety of the Premier League season so far. The Brazilian has a familiar back four to protect him. Joel Matip retains his place in central defence over Dejan Lovren and the now-fit Joe Gomez. The good news though, is that Virgil van Dijk starts despite there being early doubts on the Dutchman’s fitness.

Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson will reprise their respective roles on either side side of the back four. In midfield, we have the switcharoo, with Naby Keita and Fabinho coming back in. James Milner and Jordan Henderson make way for the two summer arrivals who have started to impress in 2019.
The attack, as usual, comprises of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino.
