Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has made a solitary change to the eleven that was held to a 1-1 draw by West Ham United, for their game against Bournemouth.

Liverpool have stuck with veteran midfielder James Milner in the makeshift right-back slot, despite Trent Alexander-Arnold’s return to full fitness. The academy graduate finds himself among the substitutes. The rest of the backline, too, has not been tinkered with by Jurgen Klopp.

Adam Lallana, who started against the Hammers, drops out to the bench, to make way for Georginio Wijnaldum, following the Dutchman’s return from injury. Fellow midfielder and club captain Jordan Henderson is also fit, but finds himself on the bench, with Fabinho and Naby Keita getting the nod once again.

The attacking trident of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane remains intact for the home team against the Cherries. However, Xherdan Shaqiri has not made it to the matchday squad due to an abdominal strain, leaving Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi as the only attacking options on the bench for Klopp.

Bournemouth have decided to leave former Liverpool striker Dominic Solanke on the bench for their trip to Anfield. However, another former Liverpool player, Jordon Ibe does make it to the starting lineup.
