Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made three changes to the side that beat Bournemouth last weekend, for the away game against Newcastle United.
Manchester United captain Antonio Valencia is back into the starting lineup for their first game of the new year against Newcastle United at St. James’ Park. The Ecuadorian replaces Ashley Young at right-back, while Phil Jones starts in place of the suspended Eric Bailly.
Juan Mata starts in attack in place of Jesse Lingard, while Marcus Rashford is deemed fit to start, after he was subbed off with a knock last time out against the Cherries.
